[McNally, on the bridge]
Jennifer blinked several times as she stared at the viewscreen and took another sip of her coffee. She had stayed on the bridge the entire night and didn't let the night shift leader relive her since she felt it was her responsibility to keep the center seat warm for the Captain. Who needed sleep anyway? Definitely not Jennifer.
As she waited for the morning shift to show up, she turned to the Lieutenant at tactical and asked, "Any hostile activity movements out there, Lieutenant?"
"No ma'am," said the Lieutenant quietly. A few hours ago, McNally basically yelled at him for tell her to get some rest so he was a bit wearily to talk back to her. McNally did have a nice conversation with Camerin the day before though and she really valued her opinion.
