[McKnight, in the mess hall]
"I don't know what to make of it. It seems like we're chasing ghosts, there's not a trace of anything. Was there anything on you're end?," said Commander Lithrian.
"Nothing on my end, Commander," said John as he glanced out the Broadsword's windows, "I'm starting to wonder if they somehow got off the ship and headed back towards the planet. Something over there doesn't feel right and I think we probably need to just suck it up and go down there."
Kev was hesitant about that since he liked to play it safe and didn't want to put his crew in unnecessary danger. "My vote," said the Andorian, "If we're voting on this at all, is to stay put until we found out what happened to the creatures. Who knows what they're capable of if we don't have one to study."
John and Kev then looked over at Lithrian. "Commander, you're representing the Carina, what do you say?" asked John.
