On the forum is a link at the bottom right of the page tat says the name of what they use. It says IP.Board, but the link takes you to a different name. You'll have to take a look at it and see. I could ask the person I have contact with for the Admin of the site. Just checking the site, it currently says 368 members, but I think that is actually Active Characters. There might be half that many as different people posting for more than one character or some such thing. There are 5 active ships, plus the Star Base. There are also special subplot story line areas and all of the admin things that go on higher up the food chain. Most ships remain fully staffedby lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
Back in late 1999, I helped start a site. We finished the first mission in early 2000. I was one of the founding members and met my wife there. After leaving there, I came to ACTD. When this place came to a halt, I went back. I still write on the site now. Federation Space Main Page The posting areas are much easier to read and follow: Forums They have a pretty good wiki developed too.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
Yes, I use Discord to connect with other groups I work with. Let me know if you manage to combine enough others into a posting pace that they would be serious about it, but for a long time now it just has not been the case. That's why I went back to my other site for the past 8 years.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
I still check in and lurk a bit, but I have not had anything to be part of for so long that I don't think there's enough activity to say it still has a pulse. You need to be posting 2-3 times a week, or you forget what you're even writing about. Right now, I don't think we have enough people to start anything back up.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity

I don't know how many of you might have known Matthew, but he played Val on the site and a number of other characters. He and I wrote lots of crazy stuff on this site and another. He tested positive for Covid on 12 Sep and 8 days later he died. Just wanted to pass it on, for those who may have known him. He was only 37 years old.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity

I have no idea at this point. There was nobody in the transporter room. We have no posts about a transporter being used. There is nothing saying the people anywhere dematerialized in a transporter beam. I'm presuming the people in the turbolift were mysteriously transported, but that's not been made entirely clear. Someone got transported somewhere, but I'm not sure. Big boss will have to cby lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
Charlie scanned for the source of the noise and tried to detect the direction of their progress (if any). If no other destination was indicated, she will select Sickbay to take them to.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
Charlie quickly replied, "The inside out crewman back there would argue that the slaughterhouse is where we are already, thus we're leaving." As Yula appeared to be stopping, good to her word, Charlie picked her up and finally rushed the small group into the open turbolift before finally setting her down. The female voice could be heard: =/\=Whatever this is, it isn't just a virus. Something intelligent is communicating and telling us to leave. It is even holding open the door. Without means of even detecting it, our best option is to flee, so if it is going to show us the way out, I suggest we take it. Detecting his elevated vitals, Charlie understood that he was in a near state of panic. She understood this and at first began to place a hand on him in a reassuring manner, but then realized that in his current state of undress, it was perhaps inappropriate, so she stopped just shy of actually touching him, withdrawing her hand, but speaking in a calm and soothing voice, "Sir, I could engagby lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity

If you find that you're having trouble keeping track, then keep notes. This group has fallen into a very weak posting pace, so that makes it very hard to keep your head in the game. When I was doing the CO/SM thing, I kept a VERY brisk pace, but that was a different time and my crew was very into that tempo. My other site that I write on is also a little slow these days, but at least the goal theby lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
The hologram blushed deeply and her eyes went wide. She appeared very embarrassed as she struggled to find a way to say, "Um...sOMEthing is...oh...goodness...uh...trying to interact with my program...in a...WHOA...a VERY inappropriate...waaaay..." There was the sound of someone being sick as two people tussled, one of them trying to remove their helmet. Charlie held up a finger and cautioned, "Oh! I suggest keeping your helmet on. It may be protecting you from exposure. I really think that taking it off is a bad idea." Then people began reporting strange things. "I'm sorry but my scans are allnover the place. The drone spoke up and as the holographic projection pointed to some gruesome remains, "That, was the last person that was infected, as far as I can tell. Kitty smiled and nodded approval. At requesting the different weapon, the system swiftly complied. Kitty commented, "I haven't found anything that the ship can't adapt to. Charlie now looked a bit perplexed as she asked, "What was that?" Followed quickly by, "Where did your clothing go?" The hologram looked around them, but in reality, it was using a tricorder to scan the area, "I'm not picking anything up. Well...yes...sort of. The technique is to conserve and share body heat, typically wrapped in a sleeping bag or other material to help the process. In this case, it is more like having a heater around them and no need to share body heat yet. However, it is easily justified as based in a kind of survival training and speaks to the mind set of the character. It is also funny as hell and is easby lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
As the field formed around Ens McWire, Ens Seville suddenly stripped naked and moved over to embrace Ens McWire for warmth. The field easily encompassed them both. Charlie blushed deeply this time and tilted her head with an embarrassed, but questioning look, "I'm not really sure why you might think being naked might help, but perhaps there is something going on here that I don't understand.by lonewolf - Valdivian Station / USS Trinity
At first, when McWire spoke to the drone, the female hologram reacted in a humorous, if unexpected way. Her eyebrows went up and she blushed as she began, "Um...you...want me to keep you warm?" A second later, the drone had replayed the local conversation and the context became more obvious. With a smile that reflected both relief and understanding, she then added, "Oh!
