"Alright. Let's assume that for arguments sake that some force managed to overpower some of the best in Starfleet, they couldn't have killed all of the crew. Multi Vector Assault Mode is a high level command function that very few in all of Starfleet have authorization to execute. They would need the First Officer at the very least for it. Oh...
